That's where my work begins.

My job is to help you understand what your body, habits, symptoms and experiences might be trying to tell you so we can create meaningful change that actually fits your life.
With a bit of science.
A bit of wisdom.
A healthy dose of curiosity.
And occasionally a laugh at the ridiculousness of being human.
