Naturopathy

Naturopathy is based on the principle that the body has the intrinsic ability to heal itself. The role of a Naturopath is to support and guide this process, using gentle, effective treatments that address the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.

If you’ve got a laundry list of symptoms—fatigue, bloating, brain fog, anxiousness, dodgy sleep, skin flare-ups, or just feeling "off"—Naturopathy is your go-to. This is where we dig deep to find out why your body is out of balance. I take a full case history and assess your entire system to create a tailored plan using herbal medicine, nutritional support, homeopathy, and good old common sense.

And the best part? You don’t need a formal diagnosis to get help. If something feels off, we investigate it. Naturopathy is especially helpful when everything looks "normal" on paper but you know you’re not firing on all cylinders.

Most people come to me for their body.

And often, the physical work does exactly what it needs to do.

After 25 years in clinical practice, I've learned that the body and the mind are not separate systems. Your nervous system doesn't know the difference between a threat that happened 20 years ago and a threat happening right now. It just responds. The pattern runs. And your body follows.
